Move mail, files, tenants, or servers on a scheduled cutover with a tested rollback
Plan email, access and permissions around the selected migration route. The handover includes source-to-destination checks, test results and an owner for every unresolved issue.
Migration routes
Choose the move you need to make
These routes are separate engagements with separate scopes. A GoDaddy exit and an Exchange Server exit each have their own page and their own fixed scope. The questions below identify likely scope and dependencies. A written quote follows a scope review; complex moves may need a separately priced planning engagement before a cutover date is committed.
Move mail off the old platform on a scheduled cutover?
On-premises Exchange, GoDaddy, IMAP, or tenant-to-tenant, each a separate engagement. Mailboxes move in dated groups against written rules for stopping, and every one is checked against the list you started from.
Move files to SharePoint with permissions intact?
File servers and cloud storage into SharePoint and OneDrive, with a content and permissions map, and a reconciliation sheet showing source and destination match.
Switch chat platforms and keep the history that matters?
Slack to Teams or Teams to Slack, with channels, messages, and files mapped so the conversations in scope carry over.
Move servers to Azure inside an agreed window?
On-premises servers and aging platforms into Azure, starting with dependency discovery. A server move is scoped by the Migration & Cutover Plan before a date is committed.
Scope it now
Scope the move and see where it lands
Pick your route and answer a few questions to see the likely scope and what needs further planning. This tool does not calculate a price. Send the result to Alwatheq for a scope review and written quote before you commit to work.
01 · Your route
The initial fit conversation is free. If a paid discovery plan is needed, its fee and deliverables are agreed separately before work starts. The migration quote does not repeat work already produced by that plan.
This is for you if
- You want it done right once, by a named engineer who owns the outcome.
- You need a tested cutover and rollback, not a best-effort copy.
- You value a fixed quote and a clean handover over the cheapest hourly rate.
- Downtime, lost mail, or broken permissions would actually hurt the business.
A different service is needed when
- You need continuously staffed monitoring or immediate incident response.
- You need ongoing end-user help desk coverage.
- Your ownership or permission to authorize the move is still unresolved.
Not sure which move, or how big it is
Send the problem as it actually is. The route gets mapped, what could break gets flagged, and a fixed quote comes back before anything moves.
Where each move is priced
These are different scopes with different risks, so they carry different prices. Choose a move to see its scope, typical delivery window and acceptance criteria. The fee is agreed in writing after its dependencies are understood.
GoDaddy Microsoft 365 Exit
Microsoft 365 was bought through GoDaddy and billing or admin control is blocked by it.
Exchange Server Exit & Cutover
Mail still runs on Exchange 2016 or 2019, past the end of support.
Email Migration
Mail has to move off an old host, an old server, or another company’s system.
File and Document Migration
Files have to come off a file server, a NAS, Google Drive or Dropbox.
Tenant to Tenant Migration
An acquisition, a sale or a split means one Microsoft 365 tenant has to move into another.
Migration & Cutover Plan
Multiple tenants, public folders, hybrid Exchange, holds, archives or unresolved ownership make a fixed implementation quote guesswork.
