I’m Alwatheq Zboun, founder of AZ Innovations. I plan and deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, identity and device projects, drawing on hands-on administration and project work in managed service provider (MSP) environments.

We agree the work, fee, delivery windows and completion checks before making changes. Your team receives the results and the instructions to operate what comes next.
Accountability
Alwatheq owns the agreed technical scope, validation and handover. If your project needs a specialist collaborator, their responsibilities and involvement are agreed before work begins.
Discrete, non-advisory tasks may be subcontracted with the client’s prior written consent. Delivery responsibilities and partner involvement are established before work begins.

AZ Innovations is an independent consultancy and does not hold a Microsoft partner designation. If your project requires a designated Microsoft partner, raise that requirement in the initial conversation.
