For established technology partners

Architecture for the commitments you make to clients.

A complex Microsoft or infrastructure engagement needs a clear technical position. AZ Innovations works with consultancies, MSPs and delivery partners to establish the design, resolve dependencies and define what acceptance requires.

Where we contribute

Bring in the judgment the engagement needs.

Before a commitment

Architecture & design review

Resolve an uncertain target state, migration boundary, infrastructure design or commercial assumption before you commit to delivery.

Across a complex transition

Transition & acceptance planning

Establish how identities, data, messaging and infrastructure will change, what must remain available and what will demonstrate readiness.

Within an agreed programme

Defined specialist delivery

Complete a bounded part of a Microsoft or infrastructure engagement within your project governance and agreed change windows.

The partner agreement

Clear responsibilities protect the relationship.

An NDA precedes confidential client information. The statement of work establishes how technical responsibility, delivery decisions and client communications fit together.

01

Your client relationship

White-label or joint delivery is agreed before work starts. Client communications, branding and commercial ownership are explicit. No end-client solicitation is recorded in the agreement.

02

Named technical responsibility

Your project manager or technical owner coordinates the engagement. AZ Innovations is accountable for the agreed analysis, architecture or delivery scope.

03

Fixed scope and commercial terms

Deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, acceptance criteria and price are agreed in writing. A material change receives a written decision before affected work proceeds.

04

A record your team can use

Architecture decisions, test evidence, exceptions and runbooks are handed over in the agreed format. Communication and scheduled change windows are established at the outset.
